Ashley Tompkins is the co-founder of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies. Ashley currently resides in New York with her husband and two cats.
Ashley grew up in North Andover, Massachusetts with her mom Bonita Lehigh and later moved to their summer home in Oxford, Maine during her Senior year in High School. Following High School, Ashley went on to Green Mountain College in Vermont. Following her time in Vermont, Ashley got bit by the entrepreneurial bug and opened up her own Vintage Clothing Store in Portland next door to the State Theatre. While working, going to school, AND living in Portland, Ashley met her husband. Ashley followed her husband to New York where she continued her learning at Brooklyn College and achieved her Bachelor's Degree with honors.
While Ashley was earning her degree she worked at Nordstrom in Human Resources and was picked up by designer Alexander McQueen which is owned by Gucci along with Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta, Boucheron, Brioni, and Pomellato. Most recently, Ashley has moved on to working for Marc Jacobs North America under LVMH which is a French multinational corporation and conglomerate specializing in luxury goods headquartered in Paris, France. Her role at Marc Jacobs is talent acquisition.
Ashley enjoys working with people where she raises aspirations and works to encourage staff members to be the best they can. Ashley is a positive person with strong leadership skills, which she shares to help individuals to grow far beyond their imagination.
