ABOUT US

The Center for Entrepreneurial Studies is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that develops business enterprises for disadvantaged youth. Our mission is to empower young people to become successful entrepreneurs and leaders. We provide them with the tools and resources they need to start and grow their own businesses. Accomplishments

  • CES has worked with over 80 Youth who largely self-report and become involved through word of mouth.

  • CES was the FIRST worksite in Franklin County to utilize Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Funding through the Department of Labor. This is landmark legislation that is designed to strengthen and improve our nation's public workforce system and help get Americans, including youth and those with significant barriers to employment, into high-quality jobs and careers and help employers hire and retain skilled workers.

  • CES secured a Fiscal Year 2023 Congressionally Directed Spending Federal Grant for a Planning Year to develop a Youth Center based on our work.
